Airlink Communication Ltd is Hiring: Deputy Manager IT

Location: Lahore

Join our dynamic team as Deputy Manager IT to oversee and enhance IT operations by managing systems, supporting business applications and ensuring seamless technology performance across the organization

Deputy Manager IT is responsible to:

Install, configure and maintain computer networks, systems and servers (Windows/Linux).

Monitor network and system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure security and connectivity.

Manage domain controllers, user accounts, permissions and access controls.

Maintain and upgrade hardware, software and overall IT infrastructure.

Provide end-user and helpdesk support across nationwide locations (200+ users).

Ensure regular data backups, log monitoring and system reliability.

Support server operations including file servers, VPN and third-party applications.

Manage IT equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, printers) and coordinate with vendors.

Assist in network design, deployment and continuous improvement of IT systems.

Support additional systems such as attendance devices, CCTV and retail applications.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 7–10 years of experience

Strong understanding of enterprise systems, networks and infrastructure management.

Experience with ERP/MES systems and system integrations.

Proficiency in databases and reporting tools.

Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking and domain environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors and cross-functional teams.
