Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Deputy Manager Internal Communications, based at the Head Office, Karachi.
The role is responsible for leading internal communication initiatives that drive employee engagement and alignment with organisational objectives. The incumbent will design and deliver communication materials, conceptualise key visuals for campaigns, plan content, coordinate with vendors for photo and video shoots, and support the compilation and proofreading of annual and sustainability reports in line with SECP guidelines.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Business Administration, with a specialisation in Marketing or Communications, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience, are encouraged to apply.
