Engro Corp is hiring a Deputy Manager Finance Business Partner, based in Karachi, with a moderate level of travel required.
The role is responsible for partnering with business leadership to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and value creation. The incumbent will develop financial and operational targets, monitor business performance, evaluate investment opportunities, provide strategic financial insights, support commercial decisions, assess business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance shareholder value.
Candidates with an MBA, BS Finance, or an equivalent qualification, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial planning, business partnering, investment evaluation, strategy, or performance management are encouraged to apply. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment appraisal skills will be preferred.
