Deputy Manager - Commercial

Auvitronics Limited (a company of House of Habib Group) is seeking a qualified professional to join our Supply Chain Team. 

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - Commercial to lead procurement (local & import), customs operations, and vendor management for our manufacturing operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Manage end-to-end procurement, imports, customs clearance, and logistics.

 • Lead material planning to ensure timely, cost-efficient availability of raw materials.

 • Handle vendor management, contract negotiation, and compliance.

 • Coordinate with PRAL/EDB for IOR approvals and regulatory submissions.

 • Monitor supplier performance and conduct stock-review meetings.

 • Liaise with Finance on L/Cs, payments and freight settlements.

 • Drive cost-saving initiatives and support continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, QCC).

 • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

 • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or related field.

 • 4–5 years of experience in commercial, procurement and customs operations (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or auto sector).

 • Strong expertise in SAP MM, vendor management, analytics and MS Excel.

 • Knowledge of SROs, FTAs, IOR processes, and import/tax regulations.

 • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
