Position: Data & Loyalty Specialist
Description
The Data & Loyalty Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing customer and loyalty program data to generate actionable insights that enhance customer retention, engagement, and business performance. The role involves monitoring loyalty program KPIs, analyzing customer behavior and purchase trends, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven marketing and retention initiatives. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, optimize loyalty campaigns, and drive the growth and effectiveness of the loyalty program.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups)
Power BI or other data visualization tools
SQL knowledge preferred
Customer Segmentation & Behavioral Analysis
CRM & Loyalty Program Management
Data Analysis & Reporting
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, CRM, Loyalty Programs, Customer Insights, or Retail Analytics.
