Job Title: Data Entry Officer – Dyeing Department
Job Summary:
Acme Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support our Dyeing Department. The role involves accurately entering production data for different dyeing lots into the system and generating timely reports to assist in tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily dyeing lot data into the software system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain records of production, colors, quantities, and processing details
- Generate regular reports on lot status, production output, and performance
- Verify data for errors and ensure consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to collect required information
- Maintain organized digital records for easy access and review
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Excel or ERP systems)
