🕒 Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
💰 Stipend: PKR 30,000/month
📅 Duration: 6 Months
About the Role:
Cognitive IT Solutions is looking for a motivated Cyber Security Intern to join our team. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about information security and want hands-on experience in protecting systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring network security and identifying vulnerabilities
Support in conducting security assessments and audits
Help in implementing security protocols and best practices
Analyze potential threats and report suspicious activities
Assist in incident response and documentation
Stay updated with latest cybersecurity trends and threats
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, encryption, network security, etc.)
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Familiarity with security tools or ethical hacking concepts is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Must bring your own laptop and headphones
Important Terms:
This is a strictly onsite position (no remote/hybrid option)
Internship duration is 6 months
A completion letter will be provided upon successful completion
