🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager at WhatSales
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships, solving problems, and helping customers achieve success? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide clients through product adoption
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
• Track customer performance metrics and provide regular updates
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on retention and growth
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills - A must
🕒 Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
