SMASH is looking for a Customer Services Associate (Call Center Agent) who is passionate about customer service and can handle customer queries professionally.
📍 Location: Lahore
💼 Position: Customer Services Associate (Call Center Agent)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
✅ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
✅ Take food orders accurately and ensure excellent customer experience
✅ Coordinate with stores/riders for order-related concerns
✅ Maintain customer records and follow up when required
✅ Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
Requirements:
✔ Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
✔ 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or food industry preferred
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good command of Urdu & basic English
✔ Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
✔ Basic computer knowledge
