We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven CSR to join our dynamic team for a African - based campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential Customer and Providing them Financial Advisory Services related to Forex Market. This is an onsite position based in Bahria Phase 04, RWP.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Make calls to prospective Clients from provided leads.
Pitch and provide the Advisory services in a clear and compelling manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
Excellent communication skills in Englishย
Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (preferably international campaigns).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
