We’re Hiring: Customer Service Manager (Cosmetic Brand)

On behalf of our client, a leading cosmetic brand in Karachi, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service operations and deliver an exceptional brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service across in-store, phone, and online channels with professionalism and empathy.

- Handle escalations, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently through ERP/online portals.

- Recruit, train, and supervise two junior customer service executives to manage display and reception.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer service drives sales and builds brand loyalty.

Candidate Profile:
- Female candidate with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service or retail management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and build a team.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM or related systems.
- Passionate about cosmetics and committed to customer excellence.
