Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Executive for International Brand at warehouse in Korangi, Karachi to deliver exceptional customer service to international clients by handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 2โ3 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international clients
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Handle customer inquiries (email, chat, calls) from international clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and professional communication in English (written and verbal)
- Track and update customer interactions in the system (CRM/ERP)
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve customer concerns
- Ensure all queries are responded to within defined service timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
