We are looking for a Customer & Client Relationship Officer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team!
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Cold calling and follow-up with prospects
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions
- Looking after receivables and coordinating for timely payments
- Dealing directly with clients for updates, follow-ups, and service-related matters
- Maintaining basic accounts-related records
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Minimum Graduate (in Business or Finance)
- 6 months โ 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic accounts know-how is a plus
