We are hiring “Customer Care Representative (Arabic)” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).
Responsibilities
Handle consumer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media with timely and accurate responses.
Diagnose consumer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information.
Update and manage consumer account information, ensuring all interactions are documented correctly.
Gather and report consumer feedback to support product and service improvements.
Implement ad-hoc activities assigned by internal stakeholders with proper record management.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with consumers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and follow-up.
Meet performance metrics including call handling, consumer satisfaction, and other KPIs.
Participate in training and development activities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
At least 1 year of contact center experience.
Inbound and outbound consumer service experience.
Customer service-oriented mindset with adaptability to digital tools.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or CRM systems preferred.
Ability to manage script-led interactions.
Multitasking ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously across channels.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptability to different consumer personalities and changing situations.
Fluency in Arabic and English
FMCG sales experience preferred.
