📆 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: Monday to Friday
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Karachi
📌 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: 3-Month Internship → Leading to Permanent Role (based on performance)
💰 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱: PKR 30,000 (during internship)

🔹𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
👉Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
👉Respond to queries via WhatsApp, social media, and email
👉Manage backend order processing and tracking
👉Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints and queries
👉Follow up with missed calls over the weekends

🔹𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
👉1–2 years of experience in customer care and sales
👉Calm, solution-oriented, and empathetic personality
👉Confident and professional demeanor
👉Fluent in English & Urdu (spoken and written)
