๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐: Monday to Friday
๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Karachi
๐ ๐ง๐๐ฝ๐ฒ: 3-Month Internship โ Leading to Permanent Role (based on performance)
๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ: PKR 30,000 (during internship)
๐น๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
๐Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
๐Respond to queries via WhatsApp, social media, and email
๐Manage backend order processing and tracking
๐Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints and queries
๐Follow up with missed calls over the weekends
๐น๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐1โ2 years of experience in customer care and sales
๐Calm, solution-oriented, and empathetic personality
๐Confident and professional demeanor
๐Fluent in English & Urdu (spoken and written)
