We are hiring “CRM Associate” at Systems Limited!

Responsibilities: .

Develop and optimize email templates, consumer journey mapping, and campaign planning.

Build and schedule segmentation-focused ad-hoc email campaigns.

Design landing pages and survey forms aligned with CRM campaign objectives.

Optimize email campaign performance through A/B Testing methodologies.

Conduct QA processes to identify and address bugs.

Provide analysis, observations, and recommendations on the performance of all email campaigns.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Strong self-organizational skills to deliver projects on time and in full.

Fluent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business with experience in email marketing campaign and CRM tools.

Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS.

Strong self-organizational skills to deliver projects on time and in full.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Embed new initiatives and technologies in day to day activities.

HubSpot certification Preferred.
