Bank AL Habib is looking for a Credit Card Financial Reporting Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

 

Department: ADC Business Division

Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the Credit Card Division are preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Skills:

- Sound understanding of Finance & Credit Card Concepts.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in M.S Office.

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

 

Job Description: 

- Retrieve and upload credit card files in the Core Banking System.

- Post international and local credit card settlement vouchers.

- Place credit card payment and local settlement files on SFTP.

- Respond to IBCA related to credit card payments received from branches.

- Prepare advance tax details and share reports with the Finance Tax team for certificate issuance.

- Resolve credit card–related complaints within defined TATs.

- Assist the line manager with follow-ups and issues identified during branch operations.

- Respond to customer queries received from branches regarding credit cards.

- Prepare credit card spending details and cross-border transaction data for onward reporting.

- Post financial reversal requests in the Credit Card System.

- Prepare monthly GL details for onward reporting to the Finance Division.

- Upload credit card files in the Credit Card MIS system.

- Assist the line manager during month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Provide timely resolution of assigned customer complaints received from the Call Centre and branches.

- Initiate credit card management invoices to the Finance Division for payment processing.

- Initiate reward merchant payment requests to the Finance Division for payments to reward partners.

- Execute end-of-day, month-end, and year-end processes of the Credit Card Branch.
