Innovative Solutions is looking for a strategic Creative Lead!
š Responsibilities:
ā¢ Oversee day to day execution of creative projects
ā¢ Creative leadership and team coordinationĀ
ā¢ Stakeholder and client relationship managementĀ
ā¢ Project and time managementĀ
ā¢ Creative strategy and campaign planningĀ
ā¢ Storyboarding and creative planningĀ
ā¢ Deck building and presentation designĀ
ā¢ Strong communication and presentation skillsĀ
ā¢ Branding and visual communicationĀ
ā¢ Cross functional collaborationĀ
ā¢ Problem solving and decision making
š Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelors in relevant field
ā¢ 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Agency experience is highly preferred
ā¢ Understand creative workflows, business priorities, and stakeholder expectations.Ā
ā¢ Build relationships with Marketing and key stakeholders.Ā
ā¢ Take ownership of creative request intake, planning, and prioritisation.Ā
ā¢ Independently manage the day to day creative workflow.Ā
ā¢ Improve coordination across design, animation, 3D, and editing teams.Ā
ā¢ Achieve at least 90% on time delivery of assigned creative projects.Ā
ā¢ Independently oversee creative project execution from brief to delivery.Ā
ā¢ Improve stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication and dependable delivery.Ā
š Location: DHA phase 6, Karachi
š Timings: 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Friday
