 📍 Work Mode: Remote, Full-time

💡 Role Overview

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll own the creative direction across campaigns, brand identities, and advertising assets. You’ll bridge strategy and design  ensuring every creative decision is both visually strong and performance-driven.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce impactful work across digital platforms.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Creative Strategy

 • Develop concepts for marketing campaigns and brand positioning

 • Define visual storytelling approaches

 • Ensure creative aligns with marketing objectives

Video Ad Direction

 • Create concepts for short-form video ads

 • Guide editors and content creators

 • Optimize creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Brand Identity & Visual Direction

 • Build and maintain strong brand identities

 • Define visual systems and consistency

 • Ensure brand alignment across all assets

Team Collaboration

 • Work with design, video, and marketing teams

 • Review and improve creative output

 • Align creatives with performance goals

Trend & Innovation

 • Stay ahead of design and advertising trends

 • Explore modern content formats and storytelling styles

AI & Creative Tools

 • Leverage AI tools for ideation and production

 • Experiment with AI-generated visuals and workflows

 • Improve creative speed and innovation

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years in creative strategy, branding, or digital design

 • Strong portfolio in brand identity & ad creatives

 • Experience with performance marketing creatives

 • Deep understanding of social media ad formats

 • Strong communication and leadership skills

 • Agency experience is a plus

📁 Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must share a portfolio showcasing:

 • Brand identity projects

 • Ad creatives and campaigns

 • Video concepts or creative direction work

 • Marketing design examples
