Creative Head

Looking for a 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝

Mirchawala's Hub of Accountancy is seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead branding, content, and creative strategies across all platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, innovative thinking, and a passion for developing impactful campaigns that strengthen the organization’s brand presence and student engagement.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

1-Lead and supervise the creative team including graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and social media personnel

2-Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with organizational branding and marketing goals

3-Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all digital and offline platforms

4-Oversee the creation of marketing materials including social media content, videos, advertisements, brochures, and event branding

5-Coordinate campaign planning and execution in collaboration with the marketing and operations teams

6-Direct photography, videography, and promotional shoots for events and campaigns

7-Generate innovative ideas to enhance student engagement, admissions, and brand visibility

8-Review and approve all creative content before publication

9-Stay updated with current design, branding, and social media trends

10-Oversee creative project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assignments

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Communication Design, or a related field

3–5 years of relevant experience in creative management, branding, or digital marketing

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other creative tools

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
