👉 We are #hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our team at BellMedEx, a leading medical billing company. The Content Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and improving all written materials related to our billing services, including website content, training manuals, client communications, blog posts, and industry reports.
📑 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
▪️ Refine, polish, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure it reads naturally and authentically.
▪️ Identify and remove cliché or repetitive phrases commonly produced by AI tools.
▪️ Ensure tone, flow, and readability meet high editorial standards.
▪️ Optimize content with on-page SEO best practices and targeted keywords (knowledge of keyword placement is a plus).
▪️ Review and improve articles for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
▪️ Lead a team of writers, ensuring deadlines, workflow efficiency, and consistent quality output.
▪️ Maintain editorial calendars and content pipelines for smooth delivery.
▪️ Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure content supports ranking goals.
▪️ Conduct final checks for grammar, spelling, and formatting before publishing.
▪️ Analyze and track content performance, making improvements where necessary.
⚙️ 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
▪️ Proven experience as a Content Editor or Senior Content Editor.
▪️ Strong ability to refine and restructure AI-generated text into natural, human-like content.
▪️ Keen eye for spotting “AI tells”, repetitive patterns, robotic transitions, and unnatural sentence flow.
▪️ Familiarity with keyword research and on-page SEO fundamentals.
▪️ Experience in the medical billing industry or healthcare content is a strong plus.
▪️ Demonstrated track record of ranking articles on search engines.
▪️ Leadership skills to manage and guide a writing team effectively.
▪️ Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
