At Gerryโs International Licensee of FedEx, we are hiring "Contact Center Executive" in Karachi who will play a pivotal role in our operations.
"Job Responsibilities"
Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, delivering prompt and accurate information on FedEx services, shipping rates, and delivery options.
Support customers with tracking shipments, addressing delivery concerns, and resolving complaints efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process shipping requests, ensure accurate status updates, and maintain detailed records.
Stay informed about FedEx services, policies, and procedures. Educate customers on shipping options, best practices, and current offers.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with MS Office.
Qualification:
Intermediate or Graduate
Work Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
