🔹 What You'll Do:

✅ Handle escalated customer complaints end-to-end

✅ Resolve refund, cancellation, visa, and travel-related issues

✅ Investigate cases using data, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration

✅ Coordinate with Operations, Payments, Legal, and Compliance teams

✅ Drive customer satisfaction while balancing policies and business impact

✅ Identify root causes and contribute to process improvements

🔹 What We're Looking For:

🎓 Bachelor's Degree

💼 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Complaint Management, Call Center Operations, Customer Support, or Travel Industry roles

🧠 Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills

💬 Excellent communication and customer handling abilities

🎯 High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
