At NayaPay, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Community Coordinator to help us strengthen our online presence and engage with our growing community across social media and digital platforms.
As a Community Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive brand image by managing customer interactions, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring an excellent customer experience online.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Monitor and analyze brand activity across social media platforms and online communities
✅ Engage with customers by responding to queries, complaints, and comments professionally
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
✅ Help maintain and enhance NayaPay’s online community engagement
✅ Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple platforms and conversations simultaneously
✔ Creative thinking and attention to detail
✔ Willingness to work in shifts
