Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Business Partner Role

Location: Karachi (Remote Initially)
Company: HR Posting Partner (Hiring for its sister business)

HR Posting Partner is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join as a Business Partner in its sister business.
This is not just a job — this is an opportunity to build, scale, and co-own multiple ventures from the ground up.

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of operations across business units, especially New Recruitment Agency and HR Posting Partner (HRPP), while playing a key role in building and scaling new ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership (Group Level)

• Oversee and optimize operations across all companies

• Ensure strong execution, service delivery, and quality standards

New Recruitment Agency Operations

• Own end-to-end operational performance

• Oversee client acquisition execution and delivery lifecycle

• Ensure targets, closures, and client satisfaction

HR Posting Partner (HRPP) Operations

• Manage and scale platform operations

• Ensure smooth job posting flow, client servicing, and usage

• Align with tech and marketing for execution

New Ventures Execution

• Build and operationalize new businesses

• Create teams, systems, and workflows from scratch

Process Optimization & Systems

• Design SOPs and scalable systems

• Improve efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness

Performance & Team Leadership

• Set KPIs and drive accountability

• Lead teams and ensure cross-functional coordination

Collaboration

• Work closely with CEO, CGO, and CTO on execution and growth alignment

Governance & Reporting

• Report performance, risks, and improvements to leadership

Education

• MBA in HR (Required)

Experience

• 5+ years End-to-end recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (Mandatory)

• Experience managing operations, teams, or business functions

• Startup or scaling experience is a strong advantage
