Chief Growth Officer (CGO) – Business Partner Role

Location: Karachi (Remote Initially)

HR Posting Partner is hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join as a Business Partner in its sister business.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Strategy (Group Level)

  • Own and drive overall revenue growth across all companies

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Build and scale lead generation systems across multiple channels

  • Oversee outbound, inbound, and partnership strategies

  • Ensure a strong and consistent sales pipeline

New Recruitment Agency Growth

  • Drive client acquisition for New Recruitment Agency

  • Ensure high-quality client inflow aligned with delivery capacity

  • Work closely with operations to balance growth and execution

HR Posting Partner (HRPP) Growth

  • Lead platform growth, user acquisition, and client onboarding

  • Increase job postings, platform usage, and retention

  • Optimize funnels and conversion rates

Growth Ownership for New Businesses 

  • Own growth and revenue generation for any new company launched under Mega HR, including initial customer acquisition from day one.

  • Validate market demand through real traction and revenue, and refine growth systems accordingly.

  • Scale ventures until they reach stable and predictable revenue growth, then shift focus to further growth expansion across other businesses and opportunities. 

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Lead the Marketing Department across all companies

  • Build brand positioning, awareness, and market presence

  • Oversee campaigns, content, and digital growth

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Oversee customer service and retention strategies

  • Ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Relationship Management

  • Co-manage key client relationships with the CEO

  • Build strategic partnerships and long-term accounts

Growth Systems & Optimization

  • Design scalable growth systems and funnels

  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics

  • Continuously improve growth efficiency

Performance Management

  • Set KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success

  • Monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved

Team & Department Leadership

  • Lead Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service teams

  • Build and scale teams as the company grows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with CEO, COO, and CTO for alignment

Scalability & Growth Excellence

  • Ensure growth systems scale with the company

  • Align growth with operational capacity

Governance & Reporting

  • Report growth performance, insights, and risks to leadership

Additional Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks assigned by the Board of Partners

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA (Marketing / Business / Strategy) preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, sales, or business development in any HR Agency.

  • Experience in B2B or service-based business preferred

  • Experience in building or scaling growth systems is a strong advantage

Industry Understanding

  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and hiring processes

  • Prior experience in recruitment agency is mandatory
