Job Description: C/C++ Developer 

Location: I-9/2, Islamabad (onsite role) 

xFlow Research Inc. is looking for an individual to join our software development team. The potential candidate should have an educational background in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field. 

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to join our team to work on VoIP communication projects. The role involves working with a team on VoIP-related products to design & develop new features, addressing bugs etc. 

This role demands a deep understanding of network protocols, packet analysis, and C/C++ development for troubleshooting, feature enhancement, and maintaining codebase of our network tools. 

Key Skills and Qualifications: 

Telecom Expertise: Strong understanding of telecom concepts and technologies. 

VoIP and Network Protocols: In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP) and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) , and network architectures (2G, 3G, VoLTE and VoNR), and other related protocols.

Network Analysis Tools: Experience with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and tcpreplay. 

TCP/IP Stack: Solid understanding of the TCP/IP stack and network packet parsing. 

C/C++ Proficiency: Advanced skills in C/C++ development & debugging. 

Linux Development: Extensive experience developing in a Linux environment. 

Database Knowledge: Proficiency in MySQL, with the ability to optimize queries and manage database performance. 

Core Computer Science Knowledge: Strong foundation in OOP, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks. 

Version Control: Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control. 

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
