About the Role:
Freshco is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier (Accounts) to manage cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth daily cash operations. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain daily cash books and prepare deposit slips.
Reconcile cash with system records at the end of each shift/day.
Assist in preparing accounting records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
3-4 years of experience as a cashier in accounts.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
