๐ฆ Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and decision-makers
๐ฆ Present Dextersolโs services clearly and professionally
๐ฆ Identify client needs and generate interest in our IT and digital marketing solutions
๐ฆ Overcome objections and maintain a persuasive, professional approach
๐ฆ Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team
๐ฆ Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
๐ฆ 1+ year experience as Call center agent / cold callerย
๐ฆ Proven experience in cold calling or B2B lead generation
๐ฆ Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
๐ฆ Basic understanding of web development, SEO, or digital marketing services is a plus
๐ฆ Target-driven mindset with a focus on generating qualified leads
