Business Unit Head (E-Vehicle Division)

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 (𝗘-𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻)

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professional to lead our E-Vehicle Division as a Business Unit Head at Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, developing market strategies, and ensuring overall profitability of the division.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a relevant field

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 8–12 years of relevant experience in automotive, electric vehicles, manufacturing, or business operations

- Proven leadership experience in managing large business operations or divisions

- Strong knowledge of E-Vehicle market trends and business development

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead and manage overall operations of the E-Vehicle business unit

- Develop and execute business growth and sales strategies

- Oversee business planning, budgeting, and profitability targets

- Manage dealer/distributor networks and strategic partnerships

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams

- Drive operational efficiency and business expansion initiatives

- Prepare performance reports and present business updates to management

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

- Ability to achieve revenue, operational, and growth targets
