Conatural is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to lead and grow our Private Label business segment.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in managing B2B relationships, onboarding new partners, and handling end-to-end supplier coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for existing Private Label clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, quality assurance, and delivery timelines.
Track market trends and suggest innovative, competitive strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely supply chain operations.

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in B2B client management and orders fulfillment
Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
