Role: Business Development Specialist
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Create compelling proposals and responses.
Communicate effectively with potential clients (written & verbal).
Identify and pursue opportunities on freelancing platforms.
Tailor bidding strategies based on platform dynamics.
Build rapport and understand client needs.
Maintain client communication for repeat business.
Negotiate project terms effectively.
Coordinate with legal/finance for accurate contracts.
Adapt to varied project requirements with flexibility.

Bachelorโs in Business/Marketing/Communications (technical degree is a plus).
Proven BD experience, especially on freelancing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.
