Brickclay is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth in the IT industry, we'd love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities
✅ Generate leads and acquire international clients
✅ Manage and maintain client relationships
✅ Handle online bidding and direct marketing activities
✅ Manage profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other platforms
✅ Prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and close deals
✅ Manage CRM systems and maintain sales pipelines
✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in Business Development and Sales
✔ Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms
✔ Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
✔ Understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions
✔ Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
