Business Development Manager - LinkedIn Outreach đÂ
We build high-converting, performance-driven websites and weâre looking for someone who can get us in front of the right clients. This is a pure outbound role. No account management. No inbound leads. No fluff.
Youâll be responsible for building prospect lists, writing outreach sequences, booking meetings, and reporting results. Simple as that.
Youâre a Strong Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable results
Have sold services (not just products)
Are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Expandi
Focus on performance metrics (reply rates, meeting rates), not just activity
Can write outreach messages yourselfâno reliance on templates or others
This Role Is NOT for You If:
Your experience is primarily inbound sales or account management
Youâve only âmanagedâ campaigns without executing them yourself
Youâre not comfortable being accountable for outreach performance
