🧠 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies
Identify and pursue new partnerships and business opportunities
Build strong relationships with corporate clients and academic partners
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve growth targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships
Represent the university at corporate and educational events.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to meet targets and work independently
Experience in education sector is a plus
