About the Role

Adlooper, a creative digital marketing agency, is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn client acquisition, sales communication, and market research in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities

Conduct market research and maintain lead databases

Support outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for proposals and pitches

Help prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation

Maintain records of leads, meetings, and communications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively

Prior internship or sales exposure is a plus (not mandatory)
