Socially High Marketing is hiring results-driven Business Development Executives to support our growth in the UAE market. If you have strong sales fundamentals and experience managing pipelines, this is a great opportunity to work in a structured, performance-focused environment.
💼 What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation → closing)
Generate and qualify leads via inbound & outbound channels
Conduct client calls, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain and track opportunities in Zoho CRM
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in sales / business development / client acquisition
Strong communication and closing skills
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Available 9 AM – 6 PM (UAE Timings)
💰 What You’ll Get
PKR 70,000 – 200,000 base salary
Uncapped commission
Performance-based career growth
