☑️ Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote IT hardware products and services.
☑️ Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.
☑️ Address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
☑️ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
☑️ Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet targets and enhance customer experience.
