Business Development Associate

Inclivo is hiring a Business Development Associate with 2-3 years of experience in generating leads from LinkedIn and Upwork. 🧑‍💻

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential leads on LinkedIn and Upwork aligned with Inclivo’s services

- Generate high-quality outbound leads and nurture inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline

- Write and submit tailored proposals on Upwork that effectively communicate our value proposition

- Optimize Upwork and LinkedIn presence to enhance visibility, credibility, and client trust

- Track proposals, responses, follow-ups, and outcomes while maintaining accurate CRM or internal records

- Conduct discovery calls and coordinate with the sales/marketing team to align project requirements

- Maintain professional and prompt communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams

- Collaborate on developing strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and client retention

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in a digital marketing or B2B service industry

- Hands-on experience generating leads through LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding

- Strong understanding of profile optimization strategies on both platforms

- Experience using CRM systems or Upwork analytics (preferred but not required)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve lead generation/ sales targets
