Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Karachi Office (Pakistan)
Shift: 10 am - 7 pm
Key Requirements:
Drive sales across software projects, HR staffing, and cybersecurity solutions
Own the client journey from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client success.
Hunt for new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, and digital channels.
Build strong client relationships by understanding business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills:
3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in a tech company or staffing firm.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
Solid understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and HR staffing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proactive, self-driven closer who also plays well individually.
