Business Developer – Hiring Alert!
Outsource Leap is looking for an energetic Business Developer to help grow our client base and bring in new software projects. The ideal candidate should understand IT services and be confident in dealing with local and international clients.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in Business Development (IT/software industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Understanding of software development services & SaaS
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Experience with proposals, bidding platforms, or client meetings
Location: Remote
Timings: Full-time (flexible)
Working days: Mon to Fri
