Job Overview

Teresol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in IT-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

•       Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

•       Collaborate closely with development, QA, technical, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation.

•       Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use-case diagrams.

•       Support solution design by validating requirements against business objectives.

•       Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

•       Assist in project planning, execution, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.

•       Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in existing business processes.

•       Ensure proper documentation, version control, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•       2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technology-driven organization.

•       Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

•       Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

•       Hands-on experience with requirement-gathering tools and documentation techniques.

•       Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
