🌟 We’re Hiring – Branch Accountant | Service Center 🌟
📍 Location: Service Centre Lahore – Begum Pura, G.T. Road (Near UET, Lahore)
Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Branch Accountant to manage financial operations and maintain accurate records at our Lahore Service Centre.
If you have hands-on experience in accounts, reporting and inventory coordination, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading organization.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle cash transactions and issue receipts to customers & technicians
✔ Maintain and verify daily accounts of Authorized Service Centers (ASC)
✔ Prepare and submit earnings & expense reports to Head Office
✔ Update financial records in system and manual registers on daily basis
✔ Monitor technicians’ receipt books and ensure timely payment submission
✔ Verify warranty repair bills and maintain ledgers & reports
✔ Check documentation (DOs, MRQS, LPRs) for accuracy and compliance
✔ Conduct monthly stock audits and report to Head Office
✔ Maintain complete branch accounts and expense control
✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification: MBA / M.Com / BBA / B.Com
📅 Experience: 2–3 years in Accounts / Finance / Branch Operations
💻 Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word) or Accounting Software
🧠 Strong analytical, reporting & communication skills
