AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Birthday Sales Executive for its Head Office based in Karachi.
Position: Birthday Sales Executive
Location: DHA Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary: 50k-60k
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Duties:
Generate and convert leads for birthday party bookings through calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.
Promote birthday packages, upsell add-ons, and customize options based on client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Provide detailed information to clients regarding pricing, packages, and services offered.
Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Handle customer feedback and resolve queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
