MTJ - Tariq Jamil is hiring – Audit / Sr. Audit Officer.
MTJ - Tariq Jamil is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Retail Audit & Inventory Audit team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. 2–5 years of experience in Retail Audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Management, Stock Control, or Retail Operations.
4. Willingness to travel across Pakistan as the role requires regular visits to retail stores.
5. Strong understanding of inventory controls, stock reconciliation, and retail audit practices.
6. Ability to conduct routine, surprise, quarterly, monthly, and special audits as assigned.
7. Responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with company policies across retail locations.
8. Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
