Salary: PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 / month

About the Role

Gardenia Business Solutions is looking for a motivated Associate PR Officer to support our public relations, influencer outreach, and brand partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone confident in communication and relationship-building through calls and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Research and reach out to relevant influencers and media partners

Initiate and manage influencer and brand partnership onboarding via calls and emails

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and partner brands

Coordinate with internal teams to align PR and outreach efforts

Draft professional outreach emails, proposals, and follow-ups

Maintain databases for influencers, partners, and outreach activity

Track outreach performance and share basic reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or partnerships (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in professional calling and email communication

Understanding of social media and influencer ecosystems

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
