IBL Operations is looking for an experienced Associate Manager - People Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive people initiatives, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
*Partner with department heads on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
*Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and employee experience initiatives.
*Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR advisory support.
*Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and talent development initiatives.
*Facilitate performance reviews, feedback processes, and development plans.
*Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
*Provide HR insights through people analytics to support business decisions.
Requirements:
7–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Business Partnering role.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
