Location: Lahore

Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month + Attractive Commissions & Performance Bonuses

About the Role

Zameen.com is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to join its Lahore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting property demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures. As a representative of the company, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

* Conduct client meetings and maintain professional relationships.

* Arrange and conduct property demonstrations and site visits.

* Follow up with clients and address evolving requirements.

* Coordinate sales activities and maintain regular communication with prospects.

* Ensure timely closure of sales deals and achievement of sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

* Represent the company professionally during field visits and client engagements.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for sales and customer service.

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Own conveyance is mandatory for male candidates.

* Must be based in Lahore.
