Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control
📍 Location: Karachi
Ideas Private Limited is seeking an experienced professional to lead Production Planning & Control (PPC) for its Western Apparel Category.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage end-to-end production planning from sampling to dispatch.
2) Develop and monitor TNA calendars to ensure timely order execution.
3) Plan raw materials, trims, and accessories; coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
4) Monitor WIP, identify bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions.
5) Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, CMTs, and quality teams.
6) Maintain reports on production status, efficiency, rejections, and wastage.
7) Use ERP, Excel, and analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
8) Provide regular updates to senior management.
9) Analyze sales trends to align planning with demand.
Requirements:
✅ 4–5 years of experience in merchandising/PPC, preferably in a CMT-based setup
✅ Strong coordination, planning, and reporting skills
✅ Proficiency in Excel & ERP tools
✅ Location: Karachi
