Assistant Manager - Treasury Operations

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Treasury Operations to support treasury functions, optimize cash management, and ensure efficient banking and financial operations in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor daily treasury operations, including payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.

 - Manage cash flow requirements to ensure optimal utilization of funds and timely availability of liquidity.

 - Coordinate with banks for transaction processing, facility management, and other operational requirements.

 - Prepare and maintain treasury reports, banking records, and MIS for Management review and decision-making.

 - Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposure, financing arrangements, and debt servicing activities.

 - Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

 - Support the implementation and automation of treasury systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

 - Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Accounts Payable teams, to ensure seamless treasury operations.

 - Contribute to continuous process improvements aimed at reducing operational risks and improving effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; MBA (Finance), CA, or ACCA Finalist is preferred.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial operations.

- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking procedures.

- Good knowledge of financial instruments, payment systems, and foreign exchange operations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowhow is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills 

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
